Louisa Polos Condon

Youth Coach

Louisa Polos grew up in Katonah, NY, and attended John Jay High School, graduating in 2004.

Louisa has coached all levels of high school and youth lacrosse, including both varsity and junior varsity teams at Sacred Heart Greenwich, coaching two varsity teams to the FAA championship game. She has also coached for John Jay Youth Lacrosse, Fox Lane Youth Lacrosse, and Larchmont/Mamaroneck Youth Lacrosse.

Louisa played four years of varsity lacrosse at John Jay High School. She served as a two-time captain and was a two-time All-Section player. She also played varsity field hockey and varsity basketball for the Indians.

She graduated from Gettysburg College in 2008 with a B.A. in Political Science, earned her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Teaching from Fordham University in 2013, and graduated in 2017 from Columbia University, Teachers College with a Master of Education in Private School Leadership.
