Description of Elite Teams

Our Snipers Elite teams compete in the summer and fall tournament circuit. We love multi-sport athletes and encourage involvement in extracurricular activities. We do expect our Snipers to be fully committed to attending all tournaments and practices. Snipers players will practice weekly and attend 3-5 tournaments depending on the season and age of the team. In addition to our summer and fall seasons, we have a comprehensive winter training program that focuses on skill development, implementation of strategy and preparation of players for their upcoming spring and summer seasons.

High school teams compete in a highly visible & competitive recruiting tournament schedule. Our goal is to play the best competition possible and expose our players to college coaches. For those who want to play collegiate lacrosse, players and their families will meet with our staff to discuss college goals and develop a plan for their individualized recruiting process. Snipers staff will help facilitate communication between players and college coaches. Michelle Mason is our dedicated recruiting coordinator who works closely with all players and Snipers Head Coaches.

Middle school teams compete in a highly competitive tournament schedule, with the goal of exposing players to the best competition possible. Our goal is to prepare our middle school players to take their game to the next level. They will build their foundational skill set and develop lacrosse IQ for the various systems implemented on the field. We have signed on with the National Girls Lacrosse League (NGLL) to provide our players an additional opportunity to compete as a team against great competition.

In both age groups, the coaching staff will select players to represent the Club at invitational combines and showcase events. It is common that our Club gets invited to additional tournaments throughout the season and will be an additional charge per player to cover any associated fees.

Youth teams will focus on fundamental, individual skills while starting to learn team strategy (beginning of team offense & defense, how to ride, et al). Tournament play will include both 7v7 and full field tournaments in the region, with the emphasis on development through lots of on-field time. Our youth teams are also given the opportunity to play in the NGLL (see details above).
