Welcome to Snipers Elite Lacrosse!

Snipers Elite is the premier girls' lacrosse program in Westchester County, NY. Our members hail from Westchester, Putnam, Manhattan, and Fairfield counties. We provide competitive club teams for youth through high school girls lacrosse players that compete in tournament play throughout the year. In addition to our elite club teams, we host additional training opportunities that include clinics, camps, tournaments, leagues and private/small group sessions.

Why Snipers Elite...

Unparalleled Coaching Staff - Our coaches are on the field all year long coaching and mentoring players of all ages and skill levels. Snipers staff have competed at the highest level and have shown success on and off the lacrosse field. They are armed with knowledge, patience, enthusiasm and a deep commitment to each player’s development, and are ready to help each player achieve their goals.

Total Student-Athlete Commitment - We strive to ensure the best opportunities for our student-athletes. We encourage multi-sport athletes and students committed to extracurricular activities. We use lacrosse as an avenue to build confidence, comradery, and character.

Family Atmosphere - Our players and staff are part of something bigger than themselves. We are here to help the development of student-athletes on and off the field.

Dedicated Recruiting Coordinator - Our high school players and families will be advised and supported throughout the college recruiting process by owner/director Michelle Mason. Snipers Elite Lacrosse is Michelle's full-time priority.

Our Mission and Philosophy

Development. Growth. Teamwork. Coachability. Accountability. Winning Mentality. To not only grow the game, but grow it right. We break down the fundamentals of the sport so the player understands the WHY, not just the HOW. Our Elite teams give players the opportunity to enjoy learning the game the way it was meant to be played. We challenge players with the best competition possible so they are always finding ways to improve, with the end goal of being the best player possible.
